I am a math instructor. I come from a Lutheran church background. My spiritual experience in that denomination was minimal. I was just a nominal Christian.

When I came to the U.S.A. in 1984, I happened to attend a Christian home meeting in Norman, OK. There was warmth and genuineness in all the attendees of the meeting. I experienced life, joy, peace, and friendship in the meetings. Ever since, I have been enjoying the meetings of the local churches.

I testify that I am very much helped by the literature written by Witness Lee and published by the Living Stream Ministry. The Recovery Version of the New Testament with all the footnotes written by Witness Lee enable me to better understand the Bible. What I see is very profound to me. For example, I realize that the church is the Body of Christ, and as such it is an organism. I also see that I needed to be saved by the life of the indwelling Christ.

Pray-reading the Bible, calling on the name of the Lord Jesus, contacting God by exercising our human spirit, and sharing our daily experiences of Christ in the meetings, are some of the aspects of my Christian life I now enjoy through the help of the ministry of Watchman Nee.
